Help please

I'm new to demonbuddy sort of and I dont undertand the item rules. I have it set to Item Rules Mode = Item List but its still picking up all these junk legendaries/ancients I didnt select in the item list. The only item I selected in the item list was the Manticore but it keeps picking up all these other legendaries/ancients I dont want.. please help

It will pick up all legendaries. What Item List does is it stashes only those you selected and salvages the rest.

Weird because mines just runs around with a full inventory of items I didnt select and doesnt bother salvaging any of it.

It'll salvage when the inventory gets full. What it does is: pick up all legendaries until inventory gets about 90% full, teleport back to town, identify all legendaries, salvage the ones you haven't selected and stash the ones you have. Then it goes back to whatever profile you were running.
