This comes up each time when i whant to start questing with my bot. I'm a little slow with honorbuddy so please be pretty exact when you explain. I use SVN kick's. THANKS!

Indeed, Leijonhielm is spot on with this--your Honorbuddy installation is damaged, and you need to do a 'clean install'. Instructions here:
