Help Please DB 431 / Greater Rift after Gem Upgrade Bot does not return to town.

DB .431 After completing greater rift and completing the gem upgrade process the bot runs around and does not return to town, after a few minutes the game resets (log out and back in)

If anyone can please give me some suggestion on how to fix this issue, Thanks in advance.
