Ive been useing HB for a month now i got my pc reformated and put into 64 bit now when i came back reinstalled HB it keeps asking me for shop password. Ive tryed every combination i can think of between password, user id, and key # and it wont let me run it. Any ideas thanks.

Help please cant use my HB now for some reason!!!!

according to your join date you are a key based user
1)clear the settings folder
2)make sure that you are using your key on username field and that there isnt a space before or after the key
3)leave the pass field blank
Tryed both ways didnt work even cleaning my Settings folder and uses my key# as user name like ive always done if i hit Login it says if left the password field blank and doesnt log me in till some form of letter or number is put in password which then tells me invalid info.
Well ok i got it shortly after i posted last post lol i just put a space in the password field and it logged me in idk why it requires that but ive tryed multiple times login in with a space now and it works every times so ill continue doing that thxs for the help.
