HELP! Not receiving activation emails. OR honorbuddy key!

Need some help guys.

Basically when I signed up I never got an an activation email to post on the forums, I had to re-send one through my forum profile and I finally got it.

Same thing happened when I bought honor buddy, no key or email was delivered to my hotmail. I did get the receipt though. So i signed up for buddyauth, once again no email. SO i tried to resend the activation email for it but nothing is coming through this time.

I also emailed [email protected] and they simply said "then something is wrong with your email settings" This is very poor customer service and extremely ignorant as that does not help with the situation at all. I was never aggressive or angry with the emails I just wanted some help so I have no idea what warranted a response like that.

I'm from Australia using hotmail. There's no "settings"(like support suggested) like that in hotmail and even if there was I haven't changed anything.

Hotmail got issues with getting their emails

Here is what you do:

Sign up to Buddy Auth and use the same email you used when you bought the key.
Now... Hotmail delete their activation email from Buddy Auth so you need to put this email in your address book so it wont ([email protected] )

Now you will get a email from Buddy auth and activate your acount, once you do that, log into buddy auth and see your HB code there

I didn't think hotmail would just block the email it like that. It wasn't even putting it in the junk/spam folder, just nothing coming through.

is there any other addresses I need to add to make sure I receive important emails?

Im trying to re-install my Honor Buddy back onto my computer after months of it being removed, and i tried the resend activation code and i still have revived nothing. I use gmail and still waiting on the email.

you bumped a thread thats been resolved and already a few weeks old, if you need help please make your own support thread, and include in detail what problem your having and we will help you out.
