Help: No option to select a process

Hello,

I am not given any options of selecting a process.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything (PoE, EB, Visual C++ , Framework)

I have tried everything in admin mode and in 32 / 64 bit .

Here is my log.

And yes, i have PoE actually open.
