Whats up with this? What can I do to fix it?

Try redownloading HB then when its redownloaded run WoW And Honorbuddy as administrator after that post a log in fact you should post logs for these kinds of posts

is your wow in windowed mode?

are you already logged in world game before running Hb?

are you logged as admin on the pc?
