(HELP NEEDED) Looking for plugin

I am currently using ShamWOW while leveling and I want to know if there are any plugins that will buy refreshments (mana) and use them on their own. Right now, unless I am missing something, I have to purchase a ton of water and let the bot run and buy more. Is there any plugin that can do this for me? Thanks in advance everyone.
