Hello :) firstly i would like to say I have some coding experience but on the whole it is very limited.

Im sick of having to RaF with Dungeons and grinding, both are super buggy and are just bound to get me banned really soon and seeing as the mods refuse to make RaF questing (dont know why) we have to take it into our own hands and i think i have a very simple (hopefully), solution.
All i want to do is to edit kicks question profile so that it wont accept or hand in quests unless all members of the party are with in 2-3 yards range then all you have to do is make sure they are both on the same quest and off you go. Let me explain how I see it working with two accounts in this example:

1) both characters (say bot1 and bot2) start off on the same quest chain and you start kicks profile.
2) Bot1 walks up to the quest giver but because bot2 is lagging a bit it waits till bot2 walks up to the quest giver too (the within 2-3 yards) they then both accept the quest.
3) They both go about doing the same quest and as such should stay relatively near each other whilst doing it
4) bot2 having completed the quest early walks back to hand it in BUT waits at the quest giver for bot1 to get in range to hand it in
5) rinse and repeat

If they where doing multiple quests before handing them in they might get a bit far apart and lose the 300% exp for a while, but seeing as the most exp is given from actually handing in the quests i wouldnt mind at all

So yea does anyone know how to do that?

pretty simple to do i guess, kick could do this within minutes. it is done 1 time, and than just copy and pasted.
here is the solution.

after each and every quest there need to be something like this:

if me.distance to "partnerbot"> 5 *(1)
wait 10 seconds
endif

what would it do: bot 1 finishes quest at questgiver, bot2 sitll on the run.
bot 1 is in the loop, until bot 2 reaches the point, where bot 1 is standing at the questgiver.
as soon as bot2 arrives, bot1 still gives bot2 time to finish the quest, and than they continue together

*(1) must probably be edited by the user himself. i don't know it is possible to make a
<Settings DefaultValue=
same as in professionbuddy

as somone who has just run 2 new chars with questing 'in sync', it requires a fair amount of monitoring to keep them doing the same quests togeather.

same 2 chars i RAF'd to 80 purely through dungeonbuddy (1 heal 1 dps, instant queue pops). it did require some monitoring but no way near as much intervention from me.

once these 2 are finished and farming im going to try a 5bot dungeonbuddy group all the way to 90.

Yes, this is doable, but it requires alot of work.
The not so pretty one is :
First you need to create a Quest Behavior that checks the distance between you and your party member.
If distance is more then lets say 10 yards then it waits doing nothing.
Then you have to edit every single quest that is made and do a
CustomBehavior call before every single turnin and pickup.

Like I said this is not a pretty solution but it could work, however it might allso make your bot stand and do nothing until you manually restart the bot if something goes wrong.

So there you go, it's so easy to make, go coding with you.

You're forgetting one thing: gathering quests.

The quests which require "collect x of y item" simply do not work when using bots to RAF level at the moment...you'd need to create some kind of function that would run a check on the other party member's quest status (probably doable as even without botting, you can see how many of each quest item your party members have) and I can just imagine this taking a very long time, as you'd have to find each quest and edit that lol

There are Addons which you could probably call to get some of this information. Hydra and Jamba come to mind. I don't think you'd need to re-write the questing profiles, most of this could probably be accomplished with a plugin or BotBase that checks party status, distance, etc.

However, if you're earning 3x experience you'll need to remove a lot of the quests in the current profile. Either way it's still going to be a lot of work and testing.

I don't think you'll ever see this from the buddy team, unless they bring on more devs. They're already behind on many of the current BotBases and products, which means it's up to the community to come up with something.

Just did this. Set them both to mixed mode. Recruitee on questing/dungeonbuddy . Recruiter on party bot/dungeonbuddy. Have the recruitee as the leader and set the other account as a party member by enabling party mode. Have leaderbot enabled on the recruitee. Have the recruiter on partybot and set the recruitee set as the leader. Disable leaderbot for the recruiter. The recruiter will follow around and not pick up any quest but just help to kill from afar. This is best to be the ranged DPS if you have a ranged/melee setup. The recruitee will get his gear upgrades from quest/dungeons. The recruiter from dungeons only. This works well until level 58 if you have 25% heirlooms. You can hit 58 in a day easy almost 100% afkable. After 60 with the flying it is too tough to keep them together. I had to set them both to quest on their own and leave them on mixed mode so that they still come together from grouped XP.

TIP: In the newest version of Dungeonbuddy you cant add a partymember name. Theres a thread on these forums that explains it here and also where i got this from in combination with another thread using grindbot to do the same thing. The questing as a party is much safer though and even watching it just looks like 2 friends leveling. Make sure the set the pull distance for the melee for like 10 yards and the pull distance for the range to like 14. Set follow distance of the ranged to 10. Therefore the melee will always pull first and you will look less like a bot running around the lands. With this setup they will log on and auto send invites. Que for a dungeon and start leveling. Even in separate zones the recruiter will travel to get in range of the recruitee.

For fully AFK in dungeons set the follow distance behind the tank to 15+ and turn on loot bosses only. I almost got discovered when I had it set to 10 by a tank stopping and running. Esp since I was a pally and was almost catchin up to him. Make sure if you have a pally you have it set to not the threat producing seal. I think its Rightgeous Defense. For a hunter make sure it turns off pack. Those two things will get you kicked or discovered. I also reccomend getting a chatter plugin that will say something generic like "Hey im on the phone" when you join a dungeon. I wish I would have had this when I leveld because a couple of groups discovered and kicked me. Prolly also reported.
