(help!)my demonbuddy is very sluggish

just got a demonbuddy, it works but extremely slow, every step pause for 4-5 seconds, my computer and internet are fine (i7 4700mq GTX870m, 100Mbps) i ve set d3 on a higher priority, and turn off all the effects and lower the resolutions, but still, very slow ,hope someone can help me plz
