You should check the guide section first.
I know, if you buy a bot you just directly want to start but you should take some time and first learn how to bot. Most poeple get banned just because wrong bot configuration or stuff like that.

the set works well I just do not have a profile for mining and fishing, quendo put questing profile tells me empty and tells me to get profile but not in the folder else! then as I read in various posts that there are so many profiles I wanted to figure out how to put them

You have two main categories for profiles.
Gatherbuddy 2 Profiles:
Gatherbuddy 2 Profiles (HB)
they are used for farming and pushing professions like herbalism, mining.
and Submitted Profiles:
Submitted Profiles
here you will find horde/alliance profiles for leveling, farming(reputation, pets...)
If you first need to level your professions like herbalism and mining i would suggest you to use a botbase(*) called ProfessionBuddy.

With this you can level your profession from 1 to 525 just with a klick. The bot will change zones and profile itself fitting the characters current skillevel.

i guess you haven't read the entire guide of tony so here is an explanation what a botbase is:

On the dropdown menu you can choose the type of the bot(aka botting mode)
If you press the arrow on the red circle,you will see all the available botting modes of Hb
Such as QuestBot,GrindBot,BgBot,Gb2 etc...
If you installed ProfessionBuddy correctly as written detailed in the aboved linked guide you will be able to select ProfessionBuddy from this dropdown menu
