Help me understand second account (healing)

Ok I want my second account (Resto Druid) to follow me in instances and heal. But when I have him in a part he just follows but doesn't heal. How can I setup this?

what bot and CC are you using?

Hazz resto CC and I believe I was using Combat bot

Use Lazyraider and set your other toon as tank. Worked for me

not sure, i use combat bot and hazz's CC for when I run 2 toons. I use lazy raider and hazz's CC when I'm just playing my druid.
