Help me. Starting DK - Which CC to use? And is there a profile ?

Im going to start a DK so i've been looking for profiles/CC.

I've been looking for a death knight profile, both at alliance and horde but couldnt find one.
Then i looked to see for DK CC's and apparently there is 3. All of them seems updated/good ratings and so on. Can any1 help me pick the right one, tell me cons/pros about em. And tell me if there is a DK profile, from 55-60 or something like that. Just for the DK starter area.

Use simple dk and you have to do the starting quests yourself honorbuddy hasnt got the capabilites

Ok ty. Which Spec is best for leveling? Im doing grinding/pvp/instances

generally speaking:

Blood - Tanking/Soloing/Grinding/PVP-tanking
Frost - DPS
Unholy - PVP

As for leveling, I made my DK pre-Cataclysm, and I leveled it as Blood. However, that was before blood was turned into a tanking spec. But, in all honesty, if you're going to grind and instance your way up, I'd go Frost. Blood generates more threat now since it's a tanking spec, if I'm not mistaken that is.
