3000 is a huge radius. There is several pokestops and pokemon in the current radius.

Well its working today after the latest update and not changing anything. So I am just going to go with the bot was completely broken when I wrote this.

763m is too low if you're going at a fast speed hence we suggest 3000+m.
But it's great it's working for you now
