so i just got DemonBuddy, everytime i open the program it asks for my access key,so i put it in, as soon as the program starts to load a window pops up saying program has stopped working and shuts it off. please help

Did you download Demonbuddy installer and installed? Remove all old files and try installer in bot download section. I think it will do all the requirement at once
