Help! I'm having trouble returning to town

Hey guys, lately I been having trouble with home portal - after something is completed, my bot starts to portal back to town. However, as its casting portal it always just stop the portal and cast it again, and again... and...again.. So in other words my toon is just standing there "trying" to teleport back...

This was a fresh install of DB with trinity fork, quest tool. Also this bug happens in all profiles that I tried - Brutal Key Farm, Rift.. I tried to bot with my Barb and Monk and it always end up in a forever loop of "I'm returning to town"..

Any help or tips will be much appreciated!!

Also, just checked, in my log it spams this as soon as it casts portal.. It literally spam the entire log window... probably about a hundred times or more..
