Help,i'm getting frustrated

here is the deal, i purchased the product HB, i fill out a for and paid with pay pal, 2 email were send to me one with the pass and user name and one that has to do with link accounts.Ok i log on then i went to d/l the software installed it , when i went to link shop i filled out the details, the email said to click on submit where there wan no submit so i clicked save changes. when i opened up the software i filled out the required details and this is happening

I tried to use both account details and shop details witch i gave trough the link in my e mail

username and pw are both case sensitive ... so make sure it's HB6753B28 and not hb6753b28
 
what username and password should i write when i go to log on the software ?
 
1) check email and verify you have the username / pw provided
2) go to:

Log On - Buddy Auth Portal <--- and log in.

3) profit

if pw is saying it's wrong, then do as i stated above and reset it at:

Bossland GmbH

your username / pw are case sensitive. make sure caps lock is not on
