HELP! I have lost my key

I have lost my key to login to honorbuddy. I have read a few posts as to how to find it and i follwedmost of them and nothing. I clicked on the yellow bar on the forum page and registered with the email address i used to sign up along with my username (as it said to do) Then when i click keys it says that i do not have any active or expired keys apparently i have had none.

Please help me!

create a new acc on portal using the correct email
