Hello,

When i open my honorbuddy, it keeps like this:

Honorbuddy v2.5.6647.521 started.
Logging in...

for ever, and ever, and ever, and ever... it kept like this for more than 2 hours...
It started to happen all of a sudden, from morning to afternoon, it stoped working...

Can anyone help?

Thanks!

I had the same weird issue with demonbuddy..

try a computer restart.

Submit a log(see my signature).

Tony wrote this in another thread:
try to ping our servers plz

Open a command prompt
ping auth3.buddyauth.com
ping auth2.buddyauth.com
ping auth4.buddyauth.com
ping buddyauth.com

and let me know what you get

And:
Fixed it. I guess even if you have comodo not even running. It will not allow honorbuddy to connect to the auth server. I had to uninstall it. Did a restart. And it booted right up.

check your hostfile, and clear it out if its been edited.

There goes Soulravager trolling again :P
Lol, jk. He knows what I'm talking about.

His advice is sound and should work for you.

The log is exactly what i wrote...

All the messages that appears, are:

Honorbuddy v2.5.6647.521 started.
Logging in...

Nothing else besides this... it doesnt log in, and nothing happens..

Already tried a computer restart and nothing changed..

And no, that's not the log. Click the link in my signature and submit a log.

Yes, i did..

Here are the lines of the host file:

# copyright (c) 1993-2009 microsoft corp.
#
# this is a sample hosts file used by microsoft tcp/ip for windows.
#
# this file contains the mappings of ip addresses to host names. each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. the ip address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# the ip address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
#
# additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
#
# for example:
#
# 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
# 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host

# localhost name resolution is handled within dns itself.
# 127.0.0.1 localhost
# ::1 localhost

And that, indeedn, is my log Soulravager...

Follows attached as you required.
