Help! HB not working

Hello, so I woke up this morning to set up my honorbuddy and it's not working, it keeps crashing at start, it wont even let me log in honorbuddy =( help please I tried to re download and i tried restarting my computer but i can't find out why its doing what its doing, please help
it says:
Honorbuddy has encountered a problem.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
Then it shows a box and says:
[] Ignore this error and attempt to continue.
Please tell Bossland GmbH about this problem.

Mine also crashes/ doesn't load however I have yet to get a response.
 
I wonder why i havent been getting a response =( maybe the hb is updating?
 
Try a clean install. Also, don't expect any help if you don't attach a log.
