Help getting key in buddy auth

Can someone help me with getting my key in buddy auth? I tried to claim it but it says it has already been claimed.

i think if you already have a buddyauth account setup with the email you used on the store then they auto get added to that account, if this doesn't help you then email [email protected]

I have emailed support and no one is responding. I keep getting max sessions and cannot use the key. How can I get this key added to buddyauth?

Sign up and login and then visit https://eu.buddyauth.com/User/AttachKey and input your key there

I have tried that but it says key is already claimed. My buddyauth account has same email as I ordered key with also.
