Help: Getting a profile into honorbuddy

I am really new to this and I was wondering how I am able to get the .xml profiles into the honorbuddy program so I can bot. I put it in the destination but I can never find it in the HB program even though it is there in the folder. Could someone please help me out? I looked around and can't find anything...

press Load Profile button and browse where the profiles are saved

I have done that, never see any of the new profiles I have downloaded. Checked where the profiles are and they still won't show up.
Honorbuddy > Default profiles > and it only has BGBuddy/DungeonBuddy.
