got a new cpu and the person that gave it to me doesnt know the password...DOes an yone know what i can do and how i can remove it? I tried to reinstall the operating system but it wouldnt load up>??I heard there is a disc i can use to wipe or recover the password? ANyones help would be great i know this isnt the best place for this question but theres no correct section for something like this>

Since a CPU has no ability to have a password in and of itself (it's just "dumb" silicon) I have to assume you mean that the operating system and/or the BIOS (newer ones are UEFI) has password protection. If the first is the case, you would simply reinstall the OS like you've tried. This makes me think the second is really the case. If your BIOS is the thing with the password on it, you'll have to clear your CMOS, I suggest looking up instructions for your motherboard on how to do this as it can differ depending on the manufacturer. Most of the time you simply need to unplug your computer and remove what looks like a watch battery from your motherboard and let it rest for a few minutes so all residual power is used up. Then you should be able to start the computer back up and you will have cleared out all BIOS settings. Like I say though, make sure you read the manual for your motherboard.

Read, learn and understand. If you can not do that, then no one can help you use the tools. Some computer knowledge, common sense and the ability to comprehend instructions is a must. Otherwise you could just reinstall your OS on top of it just like Tinnvec said.
To elaborate on Tinnvec's post. You can tell if it is an OS password or a BIOS password by what the screen looks like when it is prompting you. If the screen is black and has white lettering (Common, not required but it does appear as the first few screens when you turn it on) then it is a BIOS password. This will require you to understand computer hardware. If the screen is bright and colorful and says something like Windows 7 or Mac OSX with pictures and you can see the mouse then it is simply an OS password. OS passwords can easily be removed with Hirens Boot, but make sure you enable CD/DVD/Blu-Ray booting by moving it above the HDD option in your BIOS.
