help change city of raf team

i have a raf team and some days I have to move out of town, which is the best way to change my account location without being blocked?

accounts are in europe, all with no real data

if anyone can help me and explain briefly how it can do deeply appreciate

I will continue with even google searching information, but I would like to hear your opinions
