Help!!!!! cannot load profiles

this is how they show up in the honorbuddy.. after that nothing happend... i have reinstall, all the c++ net work.. still not work !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!plz plz anyone help

im here waiting for it ...anyone help? sorry to anonying ur guys.. just update the pic for ur guys see if any one can help... it happend to me for about 1+ week already.. everytime i try to load a profiles.. its happends like that.. i tried to reinstall, update all the c++ things.. still not working..

Its in the middle of the night here in Germany and there are others which need support too so you need to show patience
Without logfile we cannot help you here. Please attach a full logfile and tell us which profile you use.

to my knowlege the profile is not compatible with hb3 (only hb2 which isnt supported anymore) so i guess you have to take the normal 1-110 profile which are shipped with hb3
