HELP! Bought Honorbuddy and wont let me log in

Someone please help me! I am getting very frustrated about this, I just bought honorbuddy for 24.98 EUR it has been over 5 hours and I still cannot login, all im doing is simply opening the .exe and then putting my key in for the username which doesnt work... then I tried my buddyauth username and password still doesnt work... looks like something is blocking HB
add exceprions in your firewall and your antivirus about Hb

use the key you got in your email

make sure you did not copy over any spaces

hmmm just did wot u sed and i tried loggin in with my account again no hope and then i tried my friends and now his doesnt work im googling how to completely uninstall honorbuddy and then ill reinstall if that doesnt work ill restart my router and computer thanks for responding so quick guys

googled long and hard and found out about the hosts file.. for some reasons the authentication servers were set to 127.0.0.1 thus not letting my connection go out to the real servers it let me log in and is now fixed first time that has ever happend to me thanks for being so helpful guys

as i told ya above try to add an exception in your firewall and also make sure that port 5031 is open

are you on a limited network or something?

us for the uninstallation of Hb,just delete the folder

alot of *****s for programs make you set your host file to 127.0.0.1 (which is like a universal address to point at your computer) so basically the program your trying to ***** cant communicate with the remote server and tell the remote its not a valid version.
