Help botting on bgs!!??

Hey sorry guys im new to honor buddy i downloaded it and i dont know how to get my rogue to lvl up in bgs hes 84 and i want him to spam bgs for honor/lvling while i go i really dont know what to do. when i put in my key it says

You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid instance of WoW to use Honorbuddy with!
This version of Honorbuddy only supports WoW Build #14545
You are currently on build #0

i know u guys will tell me to find out yrself but i have bought this before and not worked out this time i think i can do it if i ask fourms i really wana get this thing started

make sure that you are logged in game before you run Hb
