HELP! Bot does not do anything after start

As in title, i can get it up and started in my laptop, but it just doesnt work. my lvl 3 barbarian just stand there and do nothing. I loaded up the Combat profile and the Generic combat bot when asked, but the bot is still doing nothing.
I have this problem on my laptop and on my desktop, i cant even get it to run. is all this because i'm using a Blizzard store account? HELP!
