[HELP] - ACT II - Adventure Mode (We need your data)

Ohman47 and I have been coding bounty profiles for ACT II the last couple of days, we are about 60% done but we need your help.

How can I help?
We are trying to make all the profiles as direct and straight to the point as possible, and currently we need help with the following:

Desolate Sands:
Bounty: Kill Raiha
Bounty: Kill Blarg
Bounty: Kill Bloodfeather
Bounty: Kill Pazuzu
Bounty: Kill Mage Lord Misgen

Bounty: Kill Samaras

If you are doing ACT II bounties and have one of the quest listed above, then after you kill one take note where you did so, and draw a point and write which one it was on one of the maps listed above and post it in this thread.

How does my info help you?
Right now if you obtain one of the listed bounties above the bot will simply explore the entire area, but with your info we can decrease the search area and optimize the speed of the profile.



How many profiles are done?
Currently we have a profile for 77.2% of ACTII, keep in mind that some of them are unoptimized

Archives of Zoltun Kulle: 8/10
Desolate Sands: 5/7
Howling Plateau: 11/11
Road to Alcarnus: 7/7
Stinging Winds: 3/7
City of Caldeum: 1/1
Dahlgur Oasis: 9/14

So if I understand correctly, I should just do the quest, print screen the maps and post them here?

Pretty much.. you can use the maps I have listed if you want and then just open Paint and draw where he/her spawned for you and write his/her name...

GL on Gloves of Worship :cool:


We did something similar with Howling Plateau and ended up decreasing the search area for a lot of the champions (keep in mind that was only with very limited data)

Would love to help but kinda swamped my profiles at the moment. If I can get some time later I'd love to help ya with this! :)

I would love an A2 profile myself but I think it's gonna be really hard to get it to a level where it clears all bounties. Wouldn't it be better to pool resources and help create an amazing A4 profile? With a chance on items from all Acts.

The act 4 profiles work fairly well, and we can't be too many developers on one set of profiles, gets messy.
I have some time to work on this over the weekend, so we're hoping to release a BETA tommorow evening, and perhaps something better after the weekend. (For act 2 that is).

Hehe, I guess. I'm a bird in the hand sort of person though, I'd really like to see A4 at a stage where you actually get a cache at the end as quickly as possible. :)

Hmm, it does seem that the last few days updates to DB and the A4 profiles might have introduced problems, those will most likely be fixed soon.
Last weekend I rand the A4 profiles for 20h, and it worked flawlessly.

But yeah, the reason the act 2 profiles are taking time is that we're trying to optimize them, instead of just random exploration.

Ahh, yeah cause I just started using it today. And it really isn't anywhere near giving me caches atm.

Ok, so I did the quest where you kill Mage Lord Misgen, he was inside Vault Of The Assasin, do you want maps inside the vault too?
 
Still waiting for an update. This is work for us which we don't mind doing if you are still working on it.
