[Help!]1 Year Elite Key Dissapear

Hi, i've recently purchased a new 1 day key just so that i could run another session with my existing 1 year key, however after i purchased a new key , my old key dissapeared and i am now unable to keep track and kill of the sessions should a max session error occur. Any mods please contact me for my personal details required to get this sorted out.

P.s. I am still able to use the key just can't see it when i login to buddyauth
