Hello, Cannot figure out where to retrieve login in pass for HB

Ok so ive read some forums and ive seen where people are having some issues logging into HB saying it was attached to 1640 and to delete the settings folder so i did, now its deleted my login pass for the HB itself...any clue where i can go to retrieve that info?

using the same email u used in checkout page and you should be able to track your key

It says username already exists...then if i try too many times it locks me out :/
