Heirlooms, pvp or pve ???

Well I just wanted to know what heirloom combination was best for leveling by doin quests and pvp I'm guessing with armour it's pve as these give an xp bonus but what about weapons and if I got the heirlooms on a hord char and u got the hord trinket can I still send it across factions for it to change to the alliance trinket ?

If you get the Haste trinkets they make leveling a breeze!

It's best to get the PvE heirlooms for your class/spec and buy BoE gear from the AH every 10-15 levels.
