Hearthstone process gets frozen, Hearthbuddy crashes subsequently

Hi,

I've been having a lot of crashes, multiple times a day, and it has always come from a Hearthstone frozen process.

My computer is fairly powerful and I'm wondering if there is some tweaking that could help limit this problem.
