So I wanted to make my character use his hearthstone, if his current ZoneID is NOT Vash'Jir (5146 according to WoWHead)! Is this possible? Here's the profile I am currently using:

Also, I am coming from Pirox and I'm quite unsure how to do some simple things. Currently, if I manually use HS to Vash'Jir (Legion's Rest), the bot keeps trying mount the seahorse before reaching the water. This means I have to manually move him to the water to start the bot every time.... Is it possible to add a command to make him walk (unmounted) to this location, and then mount and commence the farming profile?
