Hearthstone freezes randomly

Hi, when using Hearthbuddy, Hearthstone freezes randomly after several games (1 to 10). It does not freeze during manual plays. It's installed on clean virtual machine - just OS (Win764), hearthstone, and hearthbuddy. Hearthbuddy keeps working - when I close the frozen HS window, it closes by itself (see log).

Does someone encounter the same behaviour? What could be the reason? Thanks.

is game in windowed mode?

are you running both bot and game as admin?

Yes, it's in windowed mode (1152x864), using an administrator account, UAC disabled.

Still crashes. Attached you may find some logs. The first crash occurred after one game and HS generated a crash report. The second one is after several games without a HS crash report (HS got frozen).

Should I use some other debugging options to help you resolve the problem? Thanks.
