I've looked at the logs and it appears that it's crashing when the bot is able to kill the enemy hero. It doesn't always crash, but it is happening often. I haven't changed any settings that I'm aware of. I just bought the bot yesterday, so maybe I am missing something basic?

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable
restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
