Maybe it could be incorporated into the bot as an option. Pretty 1337 stuff.
I figured out how this guy "Pelzzi" bug abused during the game! : hearthstone
Looks like it got taken down. Basically you just let your turn run out with you casting a spell on the opponents face. Works well with Soulfire cause it costs 0 mana so you can use all your mana then still do the bug. Once you like the timer run out as you have your mouse hovering or the opponents face you keep it there and your opponent cannot CAST A SPELL AS HIS FIRST MOVE, so it can work well to grab an early lead, but if they know the bug they will just cast a creature and then will be able to cast a spell.
