hearthbuddy trial key

So I was told I should write my problem in here and attack my log here. I have a problem with my Hearthbuddy. When I am in the main menu and I press start nothing happens. There is no movement, no switching menus or pressing any buttons, its like the bot likes to stare at the main menu. What is troubling me is that my licence is a trial one, which means if I can't fix it, I won't use the bot at all which means money will be wasted. Any ideas?

Yeah ok I can wait for that, but my concern is that the trial time is running without me using it. So can we do anything about this?

I need mine extended too. I should've read before I bought it. I made a new thread about it already cause I hadn't looked at this yet. But thank you for letting us know.
