Hearthbuddy purchase

I have purchased the herthbuddy lifetime trough paypal (GTS Online Limited) tx n' 674005038 as the paypal tx get processed and yelded back to the original Buddy purchase page i got the internet page filtered by a firewall.

result I didnt see any key there neither i see the key in my buddyauth portal.

Is this the right place i should ask for support ? pls advise
