Hearthbuddy not working on launch

Hearthbuddy crashing on launch (log attached)

Just got HB today and it gave me this error after launching

System.MissingMethodException: Method not found: 'Void System.Runtime.InteropServices.Marshal.StructureToPtr(UInt32, IntPtr, Boolean)'.

i also tried removing .net and the other programs and the HB Wizard doesn't work.
