Hearthbuddy key not working! Please help ASAP

Hi, my hearthbuddy key has stopped working a few days ago when i tried it. I used it a few months ago and it worked but stopped working after I got the updated software last week. My key should work because it is an unlimited sessions one.
My buddyauth username is HungryKappa and in that account I also have an unlimited sessions honorbuddy key and I just tried it on honorbuddy and the key still works. This means the hearthbuddy key should still work too. The error msg I get is "invalid key".

Does it say anything about it on your buddyauth keys page?

No it doesn't, just a normal keys page including two keys.

that means you are trying to use a wrong or an expired key


send us an email to [email protected] including your key

It says expire 3/18/2024, i have sent an email to the one you gave me.
