Hearthbuddy has stopped working

Hi,

So everytime i open HB the first time it opens the program, then it instantly says is has stopped working and windows cant find a solution.

I have tried most things ive read on this forum but it still doesnt work.

it is a 3 day key and i havent been able to make use of it. I hope this will get sorted along the way.

- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

no idea what you mean with
remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable

i cant find any off these folders in my HB folder.

Also you keep mentioning that i should run the buddywizard as a admin, however i am not even able to unfold the folder without it giving me this error "Buddywizard.exe doesnt work anymore"

So i cant even run it as a admin because my computer simply wont open the folder.

Sorry if im being to annoying, i dont have a massive intelect when it comes to computers, i try to google everything you mention tho but i cant find the solution
