hearthbuddy has stopped working

how ya goin? i recently purchased hearthbuddy a couple of days ago after being a long term honorbuddy member but i can't seem to get it to work for the life of me, ive tried installing the installation wizard updating windows updates. i have the problem where it opens and says it has stopped working and needs to close. occasionally after that i get the max sessions problem aswell plz help!

ive also read the other forum posts with similar problems.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

under control panel/programs

i only had these 2 in the programmes
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 redistributable(x86)

i removed them and followed the rest of the instuctions to a T and i still got the same error =/

should i of removed microsoft visual c++ 2010 x64 redistributable aswell?
