Since I have 465/500 win in rancked, each win I don't win rank and win stat, I stay at my initial rank and win since today. But when I win without hearthbuddy, I win rank and win stat Dfaq ?

Did you checked the log if u'r realy started ranked games? My wins still counts as usual.
