Hearthbuddy EXE crashes after verification

Hey Guys i have a big problem
after dl Hearthbuddy and unzipping all Files and entering the Key the Hearthbuddy crashes.
It says that something is wrong and it is not compatible ?!?!

Need some help dudes =)
btw tried to deactivate my firewall but still dosent work
