Hearthbuddy does not work

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

ich habe erstmalig am 23.03.2015 eine einmonatige Lizenz für Herthbuddy gekauft. Seit diesem Tag erscheint nach dem Start von Hearthbuddy die Meldung:

"Hearthbuddy funktioniert nicht mehr

Das Programm wird aufgrund eines Problems nicht richtig ausgeführt. Das Programm wird geschlossen und Sie werden benachrichtigt, wenn eine Lösung verfügbar ist."

Mache ich nun was falsch, oder ist der Satz so gemeint, wie es da steht, sprich an einem Update wird gearbeitet. Falls an einem Update gearbeitet wird, läuft die Lizenz schon?

After starting HB a massage says, that the programm does not work propertly and will be closed. You will be informed, when we have a solution. The HB automaticlly close

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

just wait for the updates due to the latest patch plz
