Hearthbuddy did not respond....

hi, I don't no what going on, when I start Hearthbuddy, but it did not respond in the past few days ....

try to remove microsoft .NET, c++ 2010, c++ 2012
restart your pc,
download the BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
