Hearthbuddy crashing on start up and not updating to the latest version.

Edit: Looks like I spoke too soon, I'm still getting this error.

It started working after another retry, I also opened up the Geforce experience launcher but I doubt that has any correlation. Thank you for your help.

Geforce experience is uninstalled?
