Hearthbuddy crashes upon launch

I've checked some old threads with this problem and i've tried the following so far:
-Running game and bot as Administrator
-Dl newest version

The program can't start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
Btw I might be missing "Net 4 and the Visual C++ redistributable" Because I reinstalled Windows yesterday.
Edit: Apparently I have something higher than net 4.5 / Net 4.5. I just tried to install it.
