Hearthbuddy crashes after start

Hi,

I cant get Hearthbuddy to run, I tried deleting the logs folder, ran hearthbuddy as admin...

this is the error log:

looks like you didn't extract all files from the Archive.
The mentioned file seems to be missing from your HearthBuddy Folder

The file is in the hearthbuddy folder.

I downloaded the zip file again, unpacked it, but same problem...
